E Sharp Major ?

Wow, seems like years already didn’t update the blog. Actually many things happen but I don’t have time to blog over it. Last week, wife and I attended 2 weddings and skipped one. The morning wedding we attended was the son of Dr Elli’s which was hel at their own residency. Not so many guests or perhaps they were only the close relatives for both parties due to the limited compound which could accommodate certain amount of guests. I don’t know what was their intention, maybe for cost saving after the photo shot session in Bali?
The 2nd wedding was held at the Mandarin restaurant at Li Wah’s hotel. I think there were about 20 tables all together and my wife and I were at table 17 which was the most front table due to she was one of the mc that night. Being half deaf was a blessing that night for the audio speaker were really behind me! We didn’t buy gifts for these 2 couples but I just want to say welcome to the club and God bless your marriage until generations to come!
Adoi!, Pithui was sick, hit with flu and stomach ache. Pithui’s bestest friend, mom, yes my mother realized that she acted differently and didn’t have the mood to eat and play. Usually, Pithui would always walked into mom’s bed room and stretching her body from top to bottom and finally she will sleeps there until meal time. Yeah, she was predictable. I called my brother again yesterday to ask for her condition and Thank God, she’s doing well at home. Last Sunday we had our Christmas tree decorated and I think my brothers are starting to clean the house before the big day come. Hmm, sometimes Christmas come around far too quickly. The moment you were preparing the rendang, curry, lemang and ayam pansoh on Christmas eve, the clock is already striked 12.00, 25th December and some of us were at church while the others just stay at home with the family and within the next 24 hours, time will run so quickly, so envy of us but the fact, we could not control it nor to modify time. Personally, I have not plan anything yet. But I’m celebrating it at my parent’s house, unprepared to have it on my own.
Dresden is getting more like a watch dog but too bad, he is so much friendly to the outsiders. I afraid he will follow other people’s going home instead doing his duty to keep eye on our house! Never mind, what do you expect from a 9 weeks puppy? Yesterday he acted so differently. I afraid he got sick. Maybe tonight I’ll give him a nice hot bath. He did not sleep in the cage instead I release him free so that he can walked to and fro and watch over our home from any unwanted things. Good job Dresden! When I was at my brother’s clinic, Igat told me that my niece Megan went to see a specialist. What specialist I ask again! Oh, Megan was actually gone to the tailor. She is going to be in primary 1 next year but she could not find any pinafore suits her size! Alamak Megan! What happened to you???? Well actually it runs in the family! During our school years, all of us never ever had the chance to experience on wearing a factory outlet school uniforms because they were cut and design rather small and we were in a very good shape of American size! No worries Megan. Oh, don’t forget to put some glitters on your pinafore yeah.
I guess I need to stop here. Well at least I have some updates here. Oh last one, last Sunday my mind was playing this song by Dmassive, Cinta ini membunuh ku (This love is killing me) and it was still one of my favorite, so I sit on the chair with my wyes closed and suddenly I started to hum the melody and I didn’t know I was getting so loud until I verbally sing the lyrics out loud. When I open my eyes, every eye was at me. My goodness, I’m still at church is it?

DURIAN AND ITS HEALTH BENEFITS

I'm not sure how true this article is... let's be positive...

Durian is the Healing King of All Fruits

Durian is a little known fruit from Asia that has an extremely pungent
smell and an amazingly sweet taste. The smell of the durian fruit is so
bad that many hotels in the areas where durian grows will not allow
their guests to have the fruit in their rooms. But those who brave the
smell are quickly won over by its beautiful taste and amazing health
benefits. Unlike most fruits the durian is left to fall from the tree
as this is a sign that it is ripe to eat. People in the local villages
of South East Asia, where the durian is most common, call it "The King
of Fruits," and they will clear the floor under the trees near to
harvest time and then camp near them for up to two months just to make
sure they get the fruit at its peak. This is a truly exceptional and
healing fruit.

Health Benefits of Durian

Traditionally
the durian fruit was seen as a powerful aphrodisiac, while women would
eat the ashes from burnt durian skins to help them recover after child
birth. But concoctions made from the leaves of the durian tree were
also used to help reduce swelling and cure skin disease. More recently
nutritionists have claimed that the durian fruit can help lower
cholesterol and cleanse the blood as well as cure jaundice and
alleviate fevers.

Experts even say that you can rid yourself of
yeast infections such as thrush through eating the durian fruit. This
is because of the durian's high iron content that helps the white blood
cells in our body make specific chemicals that kill off the infection.

The durian is also packed with amino acids as well as Vitamins B, C and E
and many people are even comparing the sweet custard like centre of the
durian fruit to the goji berry for its high levels of anti oxidants.
These anti oxidants help slow down the destruction of cells from free
radicals such as pollution and smoking; in doing so, they decrease the
effects of aging on the skin giving you a younger more refreshed look.

Among
the amino acids found inside the durian is tryptophan. Tryptophan is
essential for making and maintaining serotonin levels in the body.
Serotonin is the hormone in the body that regulates our happiness.
People with low serotonin levels tend to have short tempers, are often
moody and suffer from depression. This means that not only will eating
the durian fruit help keep your body running smoothly but it will also
increase your general happiness and well being

'Eden

Adoh, our E‘den is getting bigger now, in fact he is bigger than Lily, his little sister. Last night, ‘Eden had visitors, my brothers, my nephews and Lily. My wife and I and E’den were having the evening break before we go for our weekly badminton game. It was raining all the while and I loike it soooo much!! As if the winter is started and we are waiting for the snow to drop down! When Lily and E’den meet, wah, they were getting so excited and they barked so loudly while chasing each others. This coming Saturday, E’den would get his 1st vaccine which was on hold for 3 weeks due to he’s having s mild skin issue. I’ll b bathes him tonight and also tomorrow night so that he will smells good, good as lily. We did take some pictures.

Last week’s Friday, My wife and I, my brother Terry and Anddy, my nephew Gigel and Boy and his friend from KK went to the MBO, Spring to watched 2012. I was a good 2.5 hrs movie about will happen on the year 2012. It’s a kind of warning to the human being so that they would not extinct. To me it is not the end of the world yet because Christian believes that when the end comes, the world is burn in fire! Seas of fire! No water nor rain, but only fire! So what ever arc, wooden arc or steel arc, it will not stand the heat of the burning fire and only then, the human being extinct 100%.
Thank God the important audit has passed and we managed to go thru with a 91% passing mark. It’s dabai and durian season again. I like to eat those buah… So yummy and mouth watering! Dabai iis expensive here. It is RM18 per kg. But after few weeks later, it’s at RM10/ per kg.

Wokeh, got to stop now... will come back later!!

Clinic to Hospital

Oh it’s audit week and the important auditor is already here. Help us Lord to face the crucial time with a right mindset and confidences. Let us pass this audit In Jesus name I pray, Amen! I have nothing to write but something inside me insisted me to do so. So here goes nothing!
Last Saturday I woke up early, feeling excited knowing that day I would bring ‘Eden to the clinic for his 1st vaccination. As for my wife, she needed to accompany her mom to the clinic and if there were extra time, she’d joint me and Dresden. She was on that Saturday due t some event in the evening at Hilton. Dresden was like me, excited and jubilantly jumping here and running around. Since it is the 1st dog for me personally, I really need time to adapt to him - Dog produces smells which is not acceptable to my nose!! So Que Sera Sera… Frankly I want a home CAT! Cat is easy to take care off, less noise, less smell, less movement and all are lesser compare to a dog’s needs. Again, Que Sera, sera… I packed my things, lap top, PS2, modem, cables and cell phone into my friendly bag while Dresden was inside another friendly bag and seconds later, I drove straight to the animal clinic which is just 10 minutes from home. I took my time to arrange things in the car knowing that I’ll be at the clinic until late evening. Yeah, I’m a part timer there, doing cleaning and stock checking weekly. I saw my elder brother Terry already there, washing the back part which is the boarding place for the animals. The clinic have few rooms, 1 room is for consultation, next to it is the operation theater, opposite the consultation room is the doctor’s office and a pantry attached to it. The clinic provides treatment and medication and also cum a mini supermarket which sells animals foods and vitamins and accessories. Besides that, it provides boarding place incase the owner needs to travel for a long period of time. Hmm, why am I writing about the clinic?
Dresden didn’t get his vaccination because he has skin issue which needed to be settled first. Well, I just follow what the vet said since I’m also was not inherit to go elsewhere. That morning was quite slow. So we had brunch around 11.30am. OMG, the kueh tiau goreng was superb! You should try it if you go there. It’s fabulous! I ordered it for the 2nd time for lunch but with tomato gravy! Yeah, brunch and lunch, just 1 hr difference! Obviously the food was great! Dresden and Lily were sleeping peacefully in the boarding area. There is Spike, a huge German shepherd whom is having bleeding toes and also blacky whom just been knocked by a car and he seems to be paralyzed from his abdomen downwards! The doctor performed a daily physiotherapy to check whether he can walk like normal or not. Poor Blacky, he is helpless! I think it is best to put him to sleep permanently. The atmosphere change after lunch. More customers came. But my watery sleepy eyes were stronger than my self. The highly carbohydrate food that I ate consume all my energy to digest and process the foods which made me feel weak and helpless. I started to sail and snore like the huge titanic for few minutes when suddenly a lady customer was already in front of me at the counter asking for information. Finally she claimed that the cat has a dental problem and requested the problematic toothed to be removed. Minutes later, a man with his cat who suffers from heart disease arrived for some medication. The last patience for that day was a weak calf. The 6 weeks old calf was helpless and he was really helpless! Anyway, the doctor knows what to do.
The clinic closed around 5.30pm. I went home around 5.45pm accompanied by my brother. We went to riveria to settle my Dresden and after that we drove directly to Sri Ijah for dinner. At that time, I was fatigue! But I had a royal like dinner, thanks mom! I had Dabai, tempoyak, kasam babi in daun ubi, mix vage with prawn soup, sambal belacan and a brazilian corn beef! I ate like I never see food!!! Hungry and fatigue!. After dinner I played with Pithui for a while. Pithui is getting classy! Compare to what? I don’t know.. hehehee… I reached home around 7.00pm, took my bath on the TV and ZZzzzzzzzz. But suddenly mom called my cell phone asking me to come back and send my dad to the clinic. What??? I’m tired and I gave her 1001 reasons and continue back with my sleep. Mom I’m so sorry! Cut the story short, around 10.30pm, my brother Andy called, telling me that dad was admitted to the hospital and I need to be there immediately. I was shocked for a while, my wife had not return from her work so I grab the key and drove to the general hospital. I decided not to tell my wife about this.
At the hospital, I saw both of my brothers were already there together with my sister Doli and her husband too. Megan and Ezra were at home with mom at Sri Ijah. I saw dad lying on his bed helplessly. His blood pressure was over 200mmHg both systolic and diastolic. Scary! I’m not ready for this I told myself! Minutes later, my elder sister came with his husband and their 3 sons. Dad insisted all of us to go home and wait until tomorrow for the final test results. When dad asleep, I left the hospital with my brother , followed by Ivy and the family and lastly was my brother Andy. Frankly, we need to get mom insured since she had nothing to cover her unlike dad!. I arrived home around 2 am. Tired and sad! Early in the morning my sisters smsed me asking about dad and I sms Andy to get the latest information. Praise God, my dad was already discharged and he is now at home, preparing him selves for church. I was happy and relief and I could not wait to see him.
Well, I think I write enough. I want to write more on what happen that Sunday but my fingers getting tired. I’ll continue later since I have nothing to write…. Hehehehe….
